Tofu with sesame oil sauce
Tofu and sesame oil helps prevent cardiovascular diseases, reduce the risk of cancer and improve kidney function so many vegetarians cook this for their main course. Tofu with Đạt Foods Sesame oil is an easy dish to make and less time consuming. Let’s make it together!
For the salad dressing, you will need 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Đạt Foods Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. All mixed well.
Accompanying ingredients: 500g tofu, 1 minced garlic, chopped scallions
Serving: Good for three people.
Steps to take:
1/ Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, steam for 15 minutes.
2/ Put the sesame oil in a pan, fry the minced garlic, then add the prepared sauce. Stir until boiling and fragrant.
3/ Pour the sauce over steamed tofu, add chopped scallions on top, to add fragrance and decoration. (If you don’t eat green onions, you don’t have to.)
Assorted spinach mixed with sesame oil

Super easy recipe:
1/ Cut the spinach into chunks to drain.
2/ Bring the water to boil, add the cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes. Take out the vegetables to drain and then remove to a plate.
3/ Put sesame oil and salt in a plate of boiled cabbage and mix well.
4/ Sprinkle toastedsesame seeds on top for additional aroma and decoration.
Avocado salad with sesame oil
Avocado helps increase fiber, lower cholesterol and is healthy for the heart. In addition, the use of Đạt Foods Sesame oil is the choice of many people this avocado season.
2 avocados, peeled, cut into small pieces
½ cup mint leaves
½ coriander leaves
2 cucumbers, cut lengthwise, seeds removed
½ tsp rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon natural cane sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Serving: 3 people
Preparing the sauce: Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, natural sugar, sesame oil in a bowl and stir well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes for the ingredients to come together.
